COMPETITION RULES
Each team will be provided with the following:

Large Big Green Egg

Big Green Egg Lump Charcoal with charcoal starters
-
Prep Table(s)
-
Sanitation Items
-
Six or more slabs of pork ribs
-
Six or more whole chickens (Pre-cut)
-
Six or more balls of proofed pizza dough ready for rolling or stretching
Teams Need to Bring:

No larger than a 12' x 12' canopy tent, all of their own cooking utensils, towels, gloves, foil, paper towels, knives, spoons, forks, their barbecue prowess, secret sauces, spicy blends, family secrets and grilling attitude

Teams will be judged by a panel of barbecue judges in each of three categories; ribs, chicken and pizza. A "Taster's Choice" overall award will go to the team with the best attitude and food as judged by tasters.
